With reference to earlier annoucement dated September 23, 2009 regarding Extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM), Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has now informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Goa, Daman & Diu, under Section 166 of the Companies Act, 1956, has granted extension of time upto December 31, 2009 to the Company for holding the Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2009.
