Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated October 09, 2009 allotted 71,475 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain employees including 50,000 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 25,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options.
