Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 12, 2009, has re-appointed Mr. C. J. George as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years from November 24, 2009.
The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 12, 2009 has allotted 416055 Equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each upon exercise of stock options by employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2005.
