Acc Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated October 09, 2009 by the Shareholders/ Investors Grievance Committee of the Board. 3,400 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme as under :- ESOS: 2004, No. of Shares : 3,400. Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,02,997 shares to 18,77,06,397 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.
