I had 10 shares of RPL. It was showing till last month in my sharekhan demat account. But now it is showing 0(Zero) share and also my limit is Zero.
So, I want to know where is my share or my money.
While going through the discussions that is going on in this forum, it is very sad to know that people are so unaware of events going around. Reliance is the most talked about subject in the media and Reliance Industries is the heavy weight in the sensex. So any news about them must be known to everyone, even a layman and how come investors who hold the shares of Reliance are so ignorant. If this is the case of Reliance we can imagine the plight of other small size companies. This shows how weak is our Stock market.
please read reliance`s notice to bse.They have clearly stated that all fractional shares will be kept in separate account. whenever they are sold in future,corresponding money will be credited to respective share holders depending on their fractional holding. i think we have to wait for quite some time.

I got a reply from Karvy regarding the fractional shares money. here is their reply.

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the below mentioned mail.
In this regard, please be informed that all the fractional entitlements shall be consolidated and transferred to a trustee. The trustees will sell the shares in the market and remit the net sale proceeds to the shareholders in proportion to their fractional entitlements. The process is expected to be completed in due course of time.
Please note that the fractional amount for remaining shares of RPL shall be sent to you accordingly. Kindly bear with us till such time.
Oh..you could have bought 2 more RPL shares so that you would have got 2 RIL shares. Now, RIL will arrange for cash payment for the fractional shares in due course of time, no one is sure how long it will take, may be we have to wait for another 2 to 4 weeks time.
