on the merger of kalyani seamless with ismt, i was in a disadvantage of accepting 250 ismt shares at a rate worked out to rs.200/ ps. at the present market rate of 45/ ps i stand to lose heavily. i request expert advice for stopping furtherloss, by a wise switch over. pl. help. regards
