Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on October 06, 2009, have granted up to 2,26,800 stock options, convertible into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company to certain identified employees of the Company under "Omni Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009" framed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme Guidelines, 1999. The Compensation Committee has authorized the Human Resources Department of the Company to ascertain the exact quantity of options to be granted to identified employees and thereafter, to complete all the formalities as may be required for effecting the grant of options.

As soon as, the exact quantity of options to be granted to identified employees is determined by the Human Resources Department of the Company, the same shall be duly intimated with all other relevant details.
