Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "At the meeting of the Operations Committee of Directors held on 8th October 2009, the Board has approved the conversion of 29200 stock options issued to its employees into 29200 Equity Shares pursuant to the ESOS 2003."
