Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider the unaudited quarterly financial results for the 3rd quarter ended September 30, 2009 & also to consider the proposal of splitting the face value of the equity shares of the Company.
