Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 05, 2009, appointed Mrs. Kanchan Chitale as an Independent Director in the casual vacancy caused by the death of Mr. P. N. Ghatalia.
The Board further appointed Mrs. Kanchan Chitale as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
