Corporation Bank has informed the Exchange that "The Bank has appointed following 6 Chartered Accountant Firms as Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank for the year 2009-10: (1) M/s Rao & Swami, Bangalore (2) M/s Kishore & Kishore,New Delhi (3) M/s Padmanabhan Ramani & Ramanujam, Chennai (4) M/s Jain Chopra & Company, New Delhi (5) M/s Padmanabhan Prakash & Co., Chennai (6) M/s R. Devendra Kumar & Associates, Mumbai. All the six firms are continuing as Statutory Central Auditors from previous year."
