Megasoft Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the approval of the members for sale / transfer of the companys IT Services Division operating under the name of BlueAlly, pursuant to the postal ballot notice sent to the members on August 19, 2009. Further the Company has now informed that the company has completed the sale / transfer of the above BlueAlly division, as approved by the members, w.e.f. 1st October, 2009.
