Dear chief_kamani

In my opinion now at Rs 1500 P&G fully valued the next year performance also.

2009 EPS is Rs60 , even you expect 25% NP growth the EPS will be Rs 75. At 20 average pe it is fully discounted. If it goes to 2000 then may be a sharp fall.

One more thing I am a long term investor, I bought P&G in 1991 and just holding , it gives me more tahn 25% compounded return. I recoverd my purchase cost just by way of dividends.

Dear chief_kamani

I checked one more method of valuation DCF , what I believe very much .

As per DCF method P&G 2009 profit was Rs 178.85 crores. With the assumpation company cash flow will appreciate by 6% for the next 5 years @ 9% discount ( Which is prevailing interest rate in India) The company is worth for Rs 5090 crores. So on 3.246 cr equity shares , each share intrinisic value is Rs 1568 ( 5090/3.246).

So I feel it is rightly priced, not undervalued.

Rs 2000 may possible , but it depends on how crazy the market is ?
