Adani Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that "members of the Company have passed the Special resolutions under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 to authorize the Board of Directors of the Company to give guarantee and/or provide security in excess of the limits prescribed in the said section and for ratification of security provided by the Board of Directors of the Company through Postal Ballot with requisite majority on 1st October, 2009".
