With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 23, 2009 announcing the approval of the members for sale / transfer of the Companys IT Services Division operating under the name of "BlueAlly", Megasoft Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed the sale / transfer of the above "BlueAlly" division, as approved by the members, w.e.f. October 01, 2009.
