2. Revalidation of A1 rating vide letter dated October 01, 2009, issued by ICRA Ltd. for Commercial Paper Program of Rs. 50 crore.
3. Issue of equity warrants to the Promoters / Promoter group on preferential basis and for the purpose convening an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members on October 31, 2009.
