Assam Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company has been held on September 30, 2009 wherein the proposed dividend of 15% (Fifteen percent only) i.e. Re. 0.15 per equity share of Re. 1/- each has been approved by the shareholders and the same would be paid after September 30, 2009.
