I would suggest stay off the market and buy no scrip. Everything points to the fact that liquidity is driving the market well ahead of fundamentals. A BIG FALL is expected. So wait in sidelines and buy at that time. Right now, ALL SCRIPS ARE OVER VALUED.Be patient.
I agree with essay the market is overheated and it is a sign of a crash coming.
Also I see all the boarders asking other boarders whether you should buy a particular scrip. That is the most foolish thing to do. If you plan to Buy a scrip you need to know the fundamentals of the company and not go buy a stock from recomendations from other boarders or people on the street. Read through the Balance Sheet, News, Cash Flow etc and come at a decision. If you are not capable of doing that take the money to a government Bank and open an Fixed Depoist and double your money in 8 years. That is the safest thing to do and you save your family a great fortune. When you come to a mesage board all those that are lurking around are people with vested interest and obviously they will ask you to Invest in that scrip and give audacious price tagets.
Buy dollars at virtually zero rate and convert them into Indian rupees and invest into the Indian market. That`s the song being played now. Gain is pure differential even if just 5-10% gain in price, that`s straight gain without any effort- since the capital portion was borrowed from the bank at zero rate of interest. This capital (read loan) has to exit and i am sure will exit very fast and without notice. That`s the time the great Indian market will fall like Humpty Dumpty. So wait and be prudent. History is repeating itself- since we do not learn from our past mistakes.
