Assam Company Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have proposed dividend of 15% (Fifteen percent only) i.e. Re. 0.15 per equity share of Re. 1/- each has been approved and the same would be paid after September 30, 2009.
