Aarvee Denims & Exports Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Outcome of Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2009. Mr. Vinod P Arora, occupied the chair, and in presence of adequate quorum following ordinary businesses passed by members of the Company: (1) Considered and adopted Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2009. (2) Shree Parmanand Arora, retiring Director and Shri Tilak Raj Kapoor, retiring Director, has been re-appointed as a Director of the Company. (3) M/s Deloite Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad and M/s. N.C. Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, has been re-appointed as joint statutory auditors, to hold the office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
