Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2009, has taken the following decisions:
1. The Board of Directors of the Company has taken on record the approval of Annual Accounts by the Shareholders, reappointment of Directors and Auditors. The Board has also authorized Mr. Mangal Singh Managing Director to file the required papers with the office of Registrar of Companies.
2. The Board has approved the Appointment of M/s. Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., new Delhi as Registrar & Transfer Agent of the Company in place of M/s. Link Intime India (P) Ltd. New Delhi. The board has authorized Mr. Mangal Singh and / or Mr. Harjinder Singh to complete the necessary formalities and execute the necessary documents.
