Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have approved and adopted the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2009 along with Auditors and Directors report thereon.
The Shareholders have also approved the other normal business agenda items regarding reappointment of Directors and Auditors.
