Shree Global Tradefin Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors of the Company.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Vasudevan Yelleshwaram as Director of the Company who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. M. V. Krishna Moorthy, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. Appointment of Shri. N. K. Mohan as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
