Buy Gammon India in the range of 180-190. Due to some recent mishaps and consequent bad publicity, the stock has been badly battered. In a normal situation, the stock should have quoted at least 350 keeping in view the level of sensex and its peers. An upside of at least 50-70 rupees from the current price is anticipated shortly. Investors having a little more risk apetite may take position on this stock. Self has taken position at 169.90.

Dear Rajkishore,

I just returned frm my holiday and am thrilled to see the price of Madhucon Pro. I congratulate u on your short term call which is ntng less than spectacular.

I have hugely benefitted in madhucon as my buy price is below Rs 50 at which price i was asking everyone to buy this stock in Tons. I would probably hold it for the next three to five years.

I wud request your views on PSL Ltd, again a company on which i am extremely bullish in terms of fundamentals as well as the huge business opportunity ahead of it.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info. I had taken a position @ 148 immediately after the DMRC mishap. I am of strong opinion to buy great stocks when those companies are in trouble. I missed JET airways due to hesitation. When the strike was ON, i had given call to buy JET and now it is up big time from those levels.

Thanks RajKishore Sir,

Today Gammon shoot up to 234. Excellent analysis.

180-190 + 50-70=230-260
(now 230).

Hi Raj,

I had also done the same on friday. I suppose we would be sharing the same disappointment after todays run-up. Well never mind. What are you planning to buy next?

regards, Hawk

Dear Hawk,

No I am not disappointed much today as whatever stocks I sold on Friday were all on profits despite the lacklustre performance of sensex. Now I would suggest you to buy IndusInd Bk, India Infoline, Gammon at the level of 215-220, Madhucon, Sobha and RNRL.

Regards

Dear Pratap,

Happy to know. Do not leave Gammon. Please keep a hawk`s eye and in the event of the scrip coming between 225-210, buy slowly. Year end target is about 300 or more. Do not buy in a lump. In addition to this, you can buy IndusInd and India Infoline.

Regards
