Sql Star International Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General
Meeting of the Company held on September 25, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously approved following items:
1. Approved Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Jai Narain Khandelwal, as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. N. R. Suresh & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General meeting of the Company.
