Eid Parry India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Company has allotted 7594 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock options, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007. Further, with this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 8,62,55,078 and the paid up equity share capital is Rs. 17,25,10,156/-.
