I strongly like UTV software too, a sure shot multibagger of the future. Company is very shareholder friendly, little wonder, as most of the stake is with the promoters themselves.
Ronnie Screwvala`s convertible warrants option date is coming close, and he has to buy at rs.860.00 a share...am sure UTV stock price will be higher before then!!!

How close is the convertible warrants option date, please inform if you are aware of the same.
Further, just before the buyback in 2008 there was a change in the terms of conversion sought by Ronnie are you aware of what it was ? Please enlighten.
