Utv Software Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay by an Order made on September 11, 2009, has directed that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company be convened to consider and approve the Scheme of Arrangement relating to UMP Plc. UTV Motion Pictures (Mauritius) Ltd. and the Company. The said meeting will be held on October 14, 2009. The Company pursuant to the above has completed the despatch of Notice to the shareholders on September 18, 2009. The Company has further submitted to the Exchange a copy of Notice and explanatory statement convening the meeting of equity shareholders on October 14, 2009.
