Patni Computer Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated September 11, 2009 allotted 101,900 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain employees including 50,000 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 25,000 American Depository Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options.
