Meeting sarted at 1030 and finised at 1040 hrs. I was told that nothing was discussed and people were not allowed to enter after 1040 and even a junior employees were extremely rude to share holders, actually a part owner. Looking at the management`s attitude, I felt this is not going to be a good investment. Mgmt will ensure they grab all and leave nothing for investor

You are right bullanurag the company has shown no ethics at AGM the managment was supported by touts.the managment was not listeing to the shareholders in just 10 min they have finished the AGM by passing the resolutions by their own and run away this shows that the Noida Toll Bridge managment is not fairly running the company bussiness properly the mangment is not good may destroy shareholder money for their own intrest.
