Celebrity Fashions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors have allotted 7500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs. 20/- per share on conversion of stock options issued under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005. Further the company has informed that consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 18,13,58,390 comprising of 1,81,35,839 equity shares of Rs.10 each to Rs.18,14,33,390 comprising of 1,81,43,339 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
