Trent Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the directions of the Honble High Court of Bombay, the Equity Shareholders of the Company at its Meeting held on September 16, 2009, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Satnam Developers and Finance Pvt. Ltd. and Satnam Realtors Pvt. Ltd. with Trent Ltd ("the Scheme"), with requisite majority.
