There are news of some wrongdoings in accounts of this company .Therefore, it has come down so sharply. pl. wait and see the clearance of clouds before investing.
There is no major wrongdoing. The issue pertains to contract treatment between Elder (and several other pharma companies) and their contract manufacturers. IT deptt has gone to Mumbai HC against them. For past 2 years Elder is deducting TDS so issue for Elder is for period before that. Won`t affect it much financially in ST.
