Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Bank has on the Grant Date of 9th September 2009, made a grant of 51,330 options, under Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2007- Series 19, 20, 21 and 22 to an employees, of its subsidiary company in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employees Stock Purchase Scheme), Guidelines, 1999".
