ORG Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2009, the Company had applied to Registrar of Companies, Gujarat seeking extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) by the Company.
Further the Company has informed that Registrar of Companies, Gujarat vide its letter dated September 07, 2009 has granted extension of time for three months for holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) by the Company upto December 31, 2009.
