If country club India Ltd is confident about their prospects they would not have indulged themselves into these kind of frauds. It shows up in every their attitude, their fear, adamant to budge to the affected ones, in handling the existing members (useless customer care). With this background a service company can not run long in my opinion. It is not the recession affecting CCIL(posted a huge loss already), they are drying.
This stock is a fantastic stock at current valuations. Its book value is around 75. It has posted good profits this quarter. As per complaints, every company has complaints from someone or the other. So go by valuations not someone`s personal complaint.

The model of business is excellent and there are many major players in this line of business abroad who may be keen on taking a stake... valuations on consolidated numbers are still promising and at Rs. 19/- share is a good investment.
