not to be biased- the land sale should not be taken seriously until and unless they confirm. this is the third time they are coming out and 2007 they came in with such news and the price rocketed and next day they denied.

As such it is valued at right price for its earnings and giving a respect for the face value of 10.00
they have sold a bit of land to their own staff-and i presume that they are cash starved- but selling the other portion- will take some time if at all they want to sell and hope they do not have any loan on that land they plan to sell.
generally they are playing around for more than two years- so it is better value without land what so ever- curent value is okay for trading with one month intervals.
