Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 25, 2009 decided to fix September 22, 2009 as the Cut Off Date for issuance of notice to the shareholders for the purpose of ascertaining voting rights of shareholders at the ensuing EGM slated to be held on October 19, 2009.
