Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company, vide circular resolution dated August 26, 2009, has approved the grant of 219,600 Equity Linked Options at an Exercise Price of Rs. 451/- per share to 7 eligible employees and 175,000 ADR Linked Options at an Exercise Price of US $ 18.40 per ADR to 7 eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, under the Companys Stock Option Plan ("Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)").
