Bank Of Baroda has informed the Exchange that: "Consequent upon getting approval from Reserve Bank of New Zealand our Banks wholly owned subsidiary has been registered as Bank in New Zealand w.e.f. 1st September, 2009. After Completion of the remaining formalities and creation of necessary infrastructure the subsidiary - Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd., will commence branch operation in New Zealand".
