Bank Of Baroda has informed the Exchange that "Shri. V. Santhanaraman, Executive Director of our Bank, ceased to be Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. 01-09-2009 consequent upon his superannuation. Shri Santhanaraman was appointed Executive Director of the Bank w.e.f. 10-10-2006 by the Central Government under section 9(3)(a) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970".
