Ibn18 Broadcast Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 28, 2009 the Shareholders of the Company have approved the following items: (1) Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet as at the date along with the Reports of Board & Auditors thereon.(2). Re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Mohanka and Mr. Shahzaad Dalal, Independent Directors as the Directors of the Company. (3) Appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants, as statutory Auditors of the Company.
