Infomedia 18 Ltd (Infomedia) has informed BSE that both Infomedia and I-Ven Interactive Ltd ("I-Ven") have filed the Order dated July 24, 2009 passed by the Honble High Court of Bombay ("Court"), with the Registrar of Companies, Bombay ("RoC") on August 25, 2009.
Therefore, the effective date for the merger of Infomedia into I-Ven shall be August 25,
2009.
