Atlas Cycles Haryana Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 45% p.a. on 32,51,919 equity shares for the year ended on March 31, 2009.
The amount of dividend will total Rs 146.34 lacs (last year Rs. 146.34 lacs).
