Infomedia 18 Limited has informed the Exchange that both Infomedia (Infomedia 18 Limited) and I-Ven (I-Ven Interactive Limited), have filed the Order dated July 24, 2009 passed by the Honble High Court of Bombay ("Court"), with the Registrar of Companies, Bombay ("RoC") on August 25, 2009. Therefore, the effective date for the merger of I-Ven and Infomedia shall be August 25, 2009.
