Ismt Limited has informed the Exchange that following are the outcome of the Board Meeting held August 26, 2009: (1)The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity share (excluding interim dividend @. Rs. 0.50 per Equity share already paid as declared by the Board on March 30, 2009) subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. (2) The Annual General Meeting of the Company is convened on September 30, 2009.
