Jain Irrigation Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on August 25, 2009, the Board has recommended Dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 2.50 per Share to Shareholders in AGM to be held on September 30, 2009. Further, the Board of Directors have appointed (i) Mr. Atul Bhavarlal Jain as Director-Marketing (Whole Time Director) of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2009. (ii) Mr. Ghanshyam Dass as Director (Independent, Non-Executive) with immediate effect. The company has submitted to the Exchange the details of turnover etc in terms of clause 20 of the Listing Agreement based on Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009.
