Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2009, inter alia, has approved issue of shares to Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009, subject to approval of the shareholders.
