Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of arrangement between the Company and its members for financial restructuring in accordance with section 391 to 393 read with Section 78 and Section 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 has been approved by the Honble High Court Mumbai.
