Aksh Optifibre Limited has informed the Exchange that Dr. Kailash S. Choudhari, Managing Director, of the Company, has sold 144,995 equity shares of the Company between August 13, 2009 to August 18, 2009 (both days inclusive). Therefore, his shareholding after the above transaction is 7182434 equity shares aggregating to 12.18% of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of Company.
